Todd has worked as a litigation and trial attorney for more than 30 years. Before moving to Montana in 2006, Todd was certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a certified civil trial attorney. Todd has worked as a litigation and trial attorney for more than 30 years. Before moving to Montana in 2006, Todd was certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a certified civil trial attorney. While on the east coast, Todd represented and successfully tried cases for Fortune 500 companies such as Mercedes-Benz, Firestone, and large insurance companies. This provides Todd with a different and helpful perspective when representing individual clients.
Todd's litigation and trial practice in Montana has focused on personal injury, automobile accidents, wrongful termination, construction accidents, civil rights cases, insurance coverage disputes, business litigation, and contract disputes.
Although the bulk of the cases Todd handles are in Montana, Todd handles cases outside of Montana as well. Todd is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and Washington, D.C., and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and The United States Supreme Court.
